Capturing a Paw print

Step 1: Purchase a washable ink pad from any hobby store or big box retailer, large enough to capture the entire paw of your pet. Black/blue ink works best. We recommend the brand Creatology, but any washable ink works.

Step 2: Wash of your pet's paw, apply ink, and press firmly onto a white piece of paper. Repeat this process at least 3 times if possible to try and capture the best print. See more pictures below. (If your pet has extremely hairy paws or resists your attempts, ask your local vet for assistance.)
Step 3: Next, email/mail us a copy of your pets prints to

How to tell if the print is useable or not:
The Difference Explained-
>The Useable print has a clean outline, and each digit is separated distinctly. The pad is visible, and there is very little hair interfering with the print. This is ideally the look of paw print that works best and creates the best looking charm. Very little touch up is required to complete this print.
>The Manageable print has a less distinctive outline but each digit has a seeable outline, and the majority of the pad is shown. There is more hair on this print, which slightly interferes with the look. This customer traced the outline of the paw the best they could to help create a better outline. This print is useable, but requires a little more touch up work.
>The Non Useable print has barely any distinct digits and the paw is completely invisible. The center and bottom of this print merge together making it impossible to get a correct outline of the paw. There is too much hair present, causing this messy look. If possible, trim the hair around your pets paw for the best results.
